The PSF investment platform has flexible, through-the-cycle capital and an investment team with deep credit and real estate investment experience. We opportunistically buy assets for our own book, with a particular focus on sale-leasebacks, blend & extends, wholesale to retail portfolio purchases, and buy to redevelop. In addition, distressed investing is in our DNA. If and when distressed comes back, we will be a unique source of capital for rescue financings and distressed loan and asset purchases.
