Doug focuses his efforts on sourcing unique STNL acquisition opportunities. In addition, Doug brings deep development experience to our loan and investment underwriting. Doug joined PSF from Briarwood Capital, where he spent 9 years focusing on opportunistic real estate acquisitions and development throughout Texas. Prior to Briarwood Capital, Doug spent 5 years at Armstrong Development, a national real estate development company and a preferred developer for CVS, including the site selection process for over 60 CVS’s across the DFW Metroplex, East Texas and Oklahoma.
