Matt joined the team in 2021 and is responsible for sourcing new net lease investment opportunities and building long-term relationships in the market. Prior to joining PSF, Matt worked in Capital Markets for Avison Young in Austin, TX, with a focus on net lease investments. Prior to his work at AY, Matt was the senior consultant for Savills in Dubai, U.A.E. for 4 years, with a focus on tenant representation and investment sales. Matt received his undergraduate degree in hospitality management and culinary arts from California Culinary Academy.
