Matt leads our business development team and is responsible for sourcing and originating new investment opportunities for the firm. Matt focuses on building and cultivating long-term relationships with commercial real estate professionals and developers across the country. Prior to joining PSF, Matt was a tenant rep broker at Viceroy Realty Advisors, a boutique commercial real estate services firm based in Austin, TX. Matt received his undergraduate degree and MBA from St. Edwards University in Austin, TX.
