Steve works as an Associate to support the lending and acquisition platforms, focused on due diligence, identifying and sourcing new deals, as well as servicing existing client relationships. Prior to PSF, Steve spent a year working as an acquisition specialist at SHIR Capital, focusing on sourcing and analyzing hotel to multifamily conversion deals. Steve received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 2020.
