Adam Thomas Of Vincita Capital To Join Paramount Specialty Finance

We are pleased to announce that Adam Thomas of Vincita Capital will be joining Paramount Specialty Finance, helping to grow our national presence as the leading lender and investment partner in the net lease space.

Thomas has extensive experience partnering with brokers, advisory firms and developers nationwide relative to NNN, BTS, and JV equity deals.

Thomas has 25 years of experience in mortgage banking, real estate-backed investments, correspondent/wholesale lending, construction lending, and real estate development.

His background includes overseeing corporate policies and procedures, proforma data analysis, credit risk management, financial modeling, loan underwriting, servicing, property evaluation, financial reporting, and overall business operations.

He has held leadership roles with institutions such as CIBC Bank, Wells Fargo and Private Lending & Investment Corporations.
